The Opportunity
Savor Group is on the hunt for experienced Duty Managers to join the team! Ideally, you will have at least 1 year experience in a management role in a high volume venue, a fantastic attitude with exceptional care and understanding for the overall customer experience, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, the right to work in New Zealand and a current LCQ and managers certificate or the ability to get one. In this role you will be responsible for:
Day to day operations of the venue including; staff performance, customer experience, and quality of offerings at all times
Legal compliance of the venue in particular to the Sale of Alcohol Act 2012
Assisting with events and group bookings
Financial management ensuring costs (labour and goods) are well managed
Assist with the training and development of junior team members
Maintaining venue standards and presentation at all times
