What We’re Looking For:
STMS Qualification: You must be already qualified (and it be current) with the STMS qualification in NZ.
Traffic Control Experience: Bring a level of previous Traffic controlling experience to this unique role.
Positive Attitude: Bring a can-do spirit and enthusiasm to the role, along with being able to work under pressure.
Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are key.
Customer Service Focused: Provide excellent service to all customers, and the ability to engage & build relationships with a diverse range of people.
Initiative and Attention to Detail: Proactively address issues and maintain a high standard of work.
Communication – excellent written and verbal communication to be able to interact and communicate with the client and customers, as well as take directives from supervisors.
Flexibility – must be able to work variable hours including early morning starts and late finishes, and including at least 1 weekend day.
