We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to provide analytical support to a sales and operations planning function. This role offers the opportunity to optimise sales operations. The successful candidate will be jointly responsible for overseeing the execution of cycle activities and sales plans, reporting on market plans and KPIs within the local market, and driving business growth through meticulous data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilise systems in line with business requirements
Manage communication of any changes and issues
Develop and update business intelligence to provide timely and accurate reporting
Coordinate product introductory worksheet and maintenance of records
Execute the incentive rewards process for the field force
Contribute towards the development of current and future process documentation, system improvements
Key Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant area of expertise or minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an analyst
Ability to deal with a complex and dynamic business environment
Excellent Analytical skills including an expert level knowledge of MS Excel
Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication approaches to meet specific stakeholder needs
Proactive, confident and self-motivated
