Full time role - 40 hours per week based in our Frankton office - Queenstown.
The ideal applicant will have 1 - 2 years Graphic Design experience, ideally using In-design and be comfortable working to high brand standards. New Zealand Sotheby's International Real Estate is a premium leading real estate agency with 26 offices located around New Zealand and with head office located in Queenstown.
Core Design Responsibilities:
Management of current and new templates, brand advertising, individual Licensee (sales agents) brand profiling and all collateral to support the brand.
This will include management of creative and design briefs, including
Licensee personal profiling signage, decals, office displays/setups, print templates, creative for digital assets, creative for social media assets and brand advertising
Ensuring the brand standards are rigorously maintained throughout all collateral
Pro-actively check across published collateral mediums to ensure quality standards are being met
Core Marketing Admin Responsibilities:
Management of publication booking and release processes - confirming bookings & artwork
Management of marketing media slides to ensure design and information are current and on brand
Advising on brand guidelines, (i.e advising re correct brand photography standards) Managing the production of promotional material
Updating and maintaining core document templates
Additional generic marketing duties will be attached to this role, which will support the Lead Marketing Executive across various marketing tasks where required
