We are seeking skilled and experienced Class 4 Drivers to join a friendly and supportive team, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidates. You will be key members of their hardworking and growing business.
About The Role
Licensed Class 4 Operator with WTR
To operate machinery on the Silverstream Landfill site
PPE - steel caps + Hi vis vest will be provided
Hours are 7:30AM - 5:30PM (this may vary slightly)
Training will be given for the first two weeks Monday - Friday from then the working week may include a Saturday and or Sunday
Operate a range of earthmoving equipment in accordance with training, instructions or operating procedures
Excavate, load, transport soil, gravel and other materials to compact and/or cover waste in accordance with company/contractual requirements and applicable regulations
Follow all health and safety procedures, report any incidents to the client and Adecco immediately
Permanent position available for the right candidates
About you
Must hold a class 4 full license and WTR (additional licenses are a bonus, although not essential)
Strong understanding of road safety regulations and proven ability to work efficiently
A positive, can - do attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
Self-motivated and the ability to work unsupervised
To be fit, reliable and highly motivated
Outstanding driving and operational skills
Clear verbal and written communication skills
