About the Role

We are currently looking for a Specification Team Coordinator to join our team based in Thames, Waikato. We're also happy to consider candidates located in Tauranga, Hamilton or Auckland if you're willing to travel and work out of Thames 3 days per week.

You will play a pivotal role in maximising the efficiencies of the New Zealand based Specification Team by supporting the team with sales and administrative support, similar to that of a Personal Assistant.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have previous experience in an administration role and be confident using ERP and CRM systems. Prior experience in outbound sales or in a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant role is highly desirable but not essential.

You will need to demonstrate:

• Proficiency in Microsoft365
• A high level of corporate and personal presentation, professional integrity & confidentiality
• Able to work on own initiative, exhibit exceptional problem solving skills
• A desire to develop a high level of understanding of geosynthetics and the design function they provide
• Self-motivated / enthusiastic / proactive / takes initiative
• Accountable and adaptable
• Great work ethic and can-do attitude
• Approachable and positive interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong, open, and collaborative relationships across all levels
• Experience with NetSuite would be an advantage but isn't essential
• A valid drivers licence

This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Exact hours are negotiable and will be discussed (between 7:00am - 5:30pm).
