The Role

  • They are seeking a Survey Team Manager to provide leadership, growth and direction to their existing team of surveyors in the Rotorua office.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and technical skills, be passionate about their work and a licenced cadastral surveyor, or close to becoming one.


About You

  • Current CSLB Practicing Certificate or being able to become an LCS within a year.
  • 12D and/or AutoCAD experience
  • Exceptional Client and Project management skills
  • Proven experience in job procurement and pricing
  • A desire to grow and develop people and business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A highly proactive work ethic and the desire to exceed client expectations
