Job Description:
Are you a reliable, detail-oriented person, who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a motivated individual to provide temporary data entry, administrative, and office support to our client’s dynamic team. If you enjoy contributing to a high-performing team and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Working Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, this will be a Temporary position where you will have the potential to gain valuable experience in a supportive, high-energy team environment.

Key Responsibilities for the role would include, but not be limited to:

  • Accurately enter and process data.
  • Manage and process purchase orders, invoices, and employee timesheets.
  • Maintain and update work orders, ensuring all information is correct.
  • Use various software systems to complete daily tasks.
  • Deliver professional and timely administrative and contract support to team members.
  • Prioritise and manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines in a busy environment.


You will be someone who thrive under pressure, have exceptional attention to detail, and understand the importance of accuracy in everything you do.

Ideally you will have:

  • More than 1,5 years' experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A resilient, positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Be drug-free with a Clean criminal record.
  • Eligibility to work and live in New Zealand without visa restrictions.
  • Contactable references.
