About Ryman Healthcare
At Ryman, we believe the measure of a full life is one that gets richer with age.  Ryman has grown to become the largest retirement village operator in New Zealand. • Access to over 60 discounts with well-known brands across a variety of sectors including; health and wellbeing, banking, insurance, and retail
  • Social club events, furry Friday's (bring your dog to work), free yoga classes
  • Carparking provided free on site at the Auckland office when working in the offices. Carparking provided when based in villages.

Who are you?
You are a compassionate and experienced clinical leader with a genuine passion for aged care. You bring:

  • Hold a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC) with extensive aged care experience.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire clinical teams.
  • Strong understanding of the Nga Paerewa Health and Disability Services Standards and aged care quality frameworks.

  • Committed to culturally inclusive care with a sound understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles.
  • Resilient and composed under pressure, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passionate about exceeding expectations and delivering excellence in aged care.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Believes in fostering strong, trusting teams that work together effectively.
