Job Description

What You'll Do:

Administration and Customer Service:

  • Manage customs documentation for import/export shipments.
  • Gather information for customs clearance and ensure compliance.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers and stakeholders.
  • Keep databases updated and process paperwork efficiently.


Warehouse and Freight Handling:

  • Assist with sorting and processing freight up to 25kg.
  • Support warehouse operations during peak demand.
  • Ensure shipments are prepared for inspection.


What We're Looking For:

  • A team player with great communication skills.
  • Someone adaptable who enjoys switching between office and warehouse tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and sorting freight.


Requirements:

  • Legal right to work in New Zealand.
  • Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol screen and Ministry of Justice check.
  • Two satisfactory references from previous employers.
  • Location: Mangere


Hours: Flexible shifts depending on business needs.
