The successful candidate will have specific experience utilising legislation such as the Search and Surveillance Act 2012, and a proven track record in investigations leading to successful prosecutions. This role requires an immediate start with an hourly rate contract through to the 30th of June and you must have the right to work in New Zealand.
What you'll do:
As a Regulatory Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive investigations in AML/CFT regulation. You will have demonstrated experience in:
Conducting thorough and detailed investigations
Utilising knowledge of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012
Lead criminal and/or civil investigations towards successful prosecutions
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Regulatory Investigator position brings a minimum of 10 years experience from their time in law enforcement or regulatory investigations. You will have:
A proven track record in law enforcement or regulatory investigations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A critical eye for detail
Background in Police or Front line operational roles is advantageous
