The Role:

As a TMO, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and monitoring Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
  • Setting up and maintaining temporary traffic control equipment (signs, cones, barriers).
  • Supervising Traffic Controllers on-site to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Adjusting traffic setups as required and reporting any incidents or hazards.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations.


What We're Looking For:

  • A valid TMO practicing or non-practicing certification.
  • Previous experience in traffic management (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of TMPs and on-site safety protocols.
  • A reliable and proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing site requirements.
