You will define and document business requirements, stakeholder requirements, business readiness assessments, current state analyses, gap analyses, and formulate implementation plans. Key Deliverables:

  • Take on the research, analysis, feasibility and implementation for new systems and tools to help the business operate more efficiently.
  • Produce compelling artifacts that propel your projects forward: business plans, budgets, current state analyses, business process maps, process workflows and business proposals.
  • Track and document changes for functional and business specifications; write detailed universally understood procedures for permanent records and for use in training.
  • Understand how policy changes could and should be applied, and what the wider implications are.
  • Build Q&A and base packs for technical changes
  • Oversee the implementation for your work: ensuring the right materials and stakeholders are engaged at the right time.
  • Be the subject matter expert for your projects and following them through to completion, working with your team to ensure evidence of action and reinforcement is captured, presented, and acted on.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi, Māori and other communities and cultures.

What you’ll bring:

  • Exceptional skills using the M365 suite of products.
  • Be able to produce business artifacts to a very high standard.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
  • Excellent understanding of modelling techniques and methods.
