The Role They are looking for a Structural Engineer to join their growing structural engineering team in Auckland. You will be working closely with Structural Team Leader and exposed to a range of local and international projects across a number of sectors such Health and Aged Care, Mission Critical and Laboratories, Commercial and Offices.
About You
Possession of a pertinent tertiary qualification in Structural Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in a consulting firm.
Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.
Strong understanding of New Zealand building codes and local standards.
Engineering expertise spanning the entire project lifecycle with a track record of successful project delivery. Experience in commercial, industrial and government work is preferable.
Proven capability to communicate complex information effectively, both verbally and in writing, to various stakeholders, including colleagues and clients across multiple disciplines.
Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving, utilizing initiative and judgment to work independently towards achieving objectives.
Sharp problem-solving skills.
