The Mojo Group is home to six coffee brands across New Zealand. We operate in both B2C and B2B spaces, running cafes, selling wholesale, and partnering directly with businesses of all sizes.

We’re searching for a Brand Manager for our Auckland brands to oversee and drive the brand, marketing, and communications strategy for three iconic coffee brands – Kōkako, Eighthirty, and Mojo.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and maintain each brand’s presence, build community, and drive growth in both digital and physical spaces. If you're ready to elevate these brands to new heights, read on!

What You'll Do:
Brand Management

  • Oversee social media channels, curating content that connects with our audience,
  • Update and administer brand guidelines to ensure consistency across brands
  • Maintain and enhance websites and manage the brands’ e-commerce stores

Social Media Management

  • Engage and grow our online communities across platforms for all three brands,
  • Coordinate and execute social media campaigns and partnerships that resonate with our customers and generate sales,

Campaign Coordination

  • Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including EDMs,
  • Gather and organize marketing material and collateral to ensure brand cohesiveness,
  • Work with external marketing agencies to amplify our reach,

Creative Oversight

  • Coordinate brand artwork for packaging, cartons, print advertising, and digital assets
  • Present a fortnightly WIP (Work in Progress) to the Group Marketing Manager

Strategic & Trend Insights

  • Stay informed on industry trends and incorporate them into brand strategy
  • Maintain and foster partnerships that align with each brand’s values, including sponsorships and contra agreements

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years experience in brand or marketing management,
  • Creative vision to ensure that all brand touchpoints align with the unique identities of each brand,
  • Digitally savvy with expertise in social media and campaign management,
  • Shopify skills are a plus!
  • A collaborative spirit to build relationships with partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
