Are on the lookout for Surveyors to join their great team.
They are hiring for their Queenstown and Wanaka offices, although will take expressions of interest for their other offices located in Christchurch, Dunedin, Oamaru, Cromwell and Alexandra.
The company have been in business for over 100 years and have a large network of clients across the South Island.
They work on a range of diverse projects such as Skyline Gondola, New Dunedin Hospital, Ayrburn, and a number of large-scale subdivisions.

The Role
- Provide accurate, precise and up-to-date information pertaining to location of boundaries, topography, legal descriptions/title information, set out of precise construction works and land development infrastructure.
- Carry out land title surveys and to lodge them into the national land titles system in New Zealand –under the supervision of a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor.
- Liaise with associated professionals on land development infrastructure designs and prepare plans/documentation in support of land developments.
- Project Management of surveying projects (time, cost, stakeholders, resources etc) and including outsourcing works to contractors as required.
- Foster good relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
About You
- A relevant land surveying qualification
- Experience on land development projects
- Experience with 12d Model and CAD software
- Experience with NZ codes and standards
- Ideally minimum 3 years' industry experience
- Negotiation and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work well independently and within a team environment
