An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Bayleys Southland team as a Marketing and Communication Executive. If you are passionate about marketing, enjoy collaborating with teams, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role could be perfect for you.

As a key member of our team, you will support our sales and administration team with marketing, social media, and communication strategies to drive growth across the agency. You will also play a vital role in maintaining our brand standards and reputation.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and create high-quality digital and print marketing materials for both agents, and the brand.
  • Manage relationships with marketing suppliers to ensure up-to-date information and products.
  • Develop and coordinate property management and agent marketing collateral.
  • Assist agents with social media planning and strategy.
  • Manage social media platforms with engaging and compelling content.
  • Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and tools to keep us ahead of the curve.


What You'll Need:

  • Strong communication and copywriting skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing planning and strategy development.
