As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with unique needs contributing to their overall wellbeing to lead fulfilling lives.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification in Healthcare, disability support or related field
- A clean Police check
- Competency in PEG Feed and Hoist handling
- Proficient in delivering high quality personal care and home help support
- Own transport with a clean and valid Restricted/Full driver’s license
- Legitimate NZ work rights
- Strong communication, time management and organizational skills
- Professionally presentable, adaptable, mature and flexible
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, bathing, PEG feeding
- Usage of hoist equipment correctly and efficiently
- Managing general home help, mobility, positioning and grooming
