Kia ora! We are looking for a full-time Care Coordinator to join our supportive and friendly team based in Epsom, Auckland. If you are passionate about making a difference in your community, this could be the role for you!

He kōrero mō te tūranga | About the role
As a Care Coordinator, you'll be organising home-based care and support services that enable our clients to live as safely and independently as possible. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, as you'll collaborate with your team to create solutions and complete rosters.

Ngā mahi | What you'll be doing

  • Rostering support workers across Auckland.
  • Calling support workers to cover shifts.
  • Engaging with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Assisting with internal queries and contributing to the smooth operation of the team.
