The Advice Centre Assistant Manager role at our Whangarei & Dargaville Advice Centres has become available as we seek a successor who can continue the excellent leadership and momentum already in place, while also bringing your unique skills and vision to the team.

Te tūranga | The role:

Reporting to the Advice Centre Manager, you will play a key role in supporting in enhancing the capability, performance and overall operation of the branch. Your primary responsibility will be to provide proactive leadership to inspire, guide, and develop a high-performing frontline team. You will set a winning culture that fosters unbeatable customer service and ensures exceptional outcomes. Working collaboratively, you will also help co-ordinate the delivery of ASB's products and services, driving operational excellence and team success.

This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week on a working roster including weekends. This position is based in Whangarei, but you are required to work across Dargaville as well.
