Job Description

About the role:

  • As the first point of contact at our Trade Counter and Showroom, you will interact daily with our customers who are the heart and soul of our business. Daily you will be responsible for –
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with our Trade and Retail customers by offering solutions, product support and technical information.
  • Processing sales at our counter, assisting customers with any returns or repairs.
  • Monitoring inventory and cycle counts, pulling orders ready for dispatch, and maintaining aisles within the showroom.
  • Merchandising and run in-store promotions.


This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week. Working Monday to Friday, with one rostered Saturday a month.


About you:

  • You will play an important role in capturing sales opportunities across the showroom therefore your passion for creating long-lasting customer relationships is an absolute must!
  • Knowledge of our products (specifically power tools) and/or the building industry is highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience in customer service, retail sales or hospitality environment
  • Strong social skills and ability to build rapport with people from all ages and backgrounds.
  • Motivated, self-driven and able to work independently.
  • Computer and numeracy knowledge, as well as great attention to detail
