The Role
We’re on the hunt for a dedicated and reliable Night Auditor/Night Porter to join our team. This split role combines the vital responsibilities of night auditing and porter duties, ensuring the seamless operation of our hotel during night shifts and the comfort of our guests.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries, explaining hotel facilities, and anticipating guest needs.
  • Complete the nightly audit process, including running reports and reconciling hotel financials.
  • Assist with luggage, deliver room service orders, and handle other porter duties.
  • Maintain hotel cleanliness and uphold safety and security standards.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with night audits and Opera is an advantage
  • Previous front-of-house hotel experience is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work nights (including on weekends and public holidays) and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Strong communication skills in English and a focus on guest comfort and safety.
  • A good level of fitness and strength to assist with luggage and physical tasks.
