Air Mc Ltd is a 100% New Zealand owned and operated Air Conditioning & Refrigeration company. We are a young, dynamic company in a serious growth phase. We're currently looking for an organised and efficient Office and Accounts Administrator to join our team in Albany.

You'll be responsible for providing administrative, accounting and general business support as required.

This will include:

• Monthly statements and invoice checking
• Accounts Payable (overseeing) and Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Reporting as required
• Creditors / Debtors
• Answering phones and providing customer service support
• Scheduling lead appointments
• Assisting with booking jobs
• Company vehicle maintenance management (Booking in of WOFs / Repairs etc)
• Sending deposit invoices
• Supporting the management team where required

To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate some previous experience in a similar Office Admin role, as well as familiarity and confidence with Accounts Administration.

Other valuable skills and attributes include:

• Experience with Xero (desirable but not essential)
• Experience with SimPRO (desirable but not essential)
• Competent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High standards of professionalism and personal presentation
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent customer service skills

This is a full time position working 40 hours per week. A remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
