Join our team as a Service Experience Host at one of our Business & Industry clients in Auckland CBD, where you'll provide excellent service to clients and guests alike, carrying out all duties to the highest of standards. This role specializes in the overall client experience across all aspects of the client premises, ensuring the arrival experience and interaction with all stakeholders is memorable, with a consistent drive to provide an outstanding level of service and surprise and delight our guests whenever the opportunity arises.
Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:
- Provide an excellent service, ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a professional manner according to the defined procedure with a friendly smile and professional approach.
- Provide food and beverage services, including setting up and packing down events/catering, general waiting duties for food or beverages, and replenishing customer supplies in a timely manner.
- Assist with presenting food for service and making deliveries of food to different spaces.
- Maintain clean and tidy dining/kitchen areas, including cleaning tabletops, sweeping and mopping floors, handling waste and linen, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and replenishing stock in the floor spaces.
- Liaise with fellow contractors and service providers on the smooth running of all guest requirements to ensure a one-team approach and 5-star service.

- Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong customer service background with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
- Flexible approach and attitude, with good communication skills.
- Hard-working, physically fit, and reliable.
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office programs, Outlook, Booking Systems, and Phone Systems.
