About the role

Based at our Nelson branch, you'll work within a small telesales team - your key goal will be providing first-class service to a portfolio of existing clients using our courier delivery services. Focused on client retention, you'll make daily calls and identify and action upselling opportunities to increase revenue from our existing customers. You'll be driven by the achievement of weekly targets and in return rewarded with a generous incentive scheme.

This is a permanent fulltime role working Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.

Key responsibilities include

• Achieving daily call targets to your portfolio of existing customers
• Hunting for upselling prospects within your customer portfolio
• Keeping up-to-date with all New Zealand Couriers product and courier services
• Actively carrying out regular competitor analysis
