Queenstown Resort College (QRC) is a leading education provider in the fields of hospitality, tourism, business, and technology education. We are seeking an experienced Marketing professional to join our team and take charge of showcasing opportunity to future students, their parents, and other key career influencers. The role is central to shaping and driving our marketing strategies and enhancing our brand presence in the competitive education sector.

The role
You’ll be at the heart of our marketing strategy, working alongside our Future Student Team to support and enhance their in-person connection with key stakeholders, you'll craft compelling campaigns, elevate our digital presence, and ensure effective, timely, and relevant content is managed across various platforms. From strategy to execution, you'll be shaping the way QRC engages and inspires the next generation of industry leaders.


Key responsibilities:
Manage and implement a focused digital marketing plan.
Website maintenance & performance - drive traffic and lead generation.
Monitor various platform analytics to inform campaign optimization & targeting strategies.
Help manage budget allocation for marketing spend.
Content creation – EDM’s, social media, printed collateral, ad copy.
Layered digital strategy to assist pipeline management.
Communicate overall digital & specific campaign performance.
Relationship management with key agencies

The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with the drive to also work autonomously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential.

Additional sought attributes include:

Digital Marketing experience including executing and optimizing digital campaigns across web, social, search.
Proven capability in creating and executing content calendars & marketing plans.
Ability to work collaboratively & proactively with our external stakeholders including an open approach to training and upskilling.
Experience creating digital content for all platforms.
Exemplary organizational skills enabling the management of multiple demands.
Strong knowledge and working experience of paid digital advertising channels.
Understanding & application of marketing automation and CRM systems (Active Campaign)
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business preferred.
