  • Partnering with the Product team to assess and address contracting needs for new health products.
  • Leading the development and implementation of advanced claims data capture processes, including clinical coding strategies.
  • Analysing historical claims data to assess pricing implications, identify emerging trends, and address outlier claims.
  • Creating and managing reporting structures to monitor claims cost savings generated through provider contracting and related initiatives.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Extensive experience in relationship management, with a proven ability to foster strong, trust-based relationships across all levels, including private healthcare providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Outstanding negotiation and influencing abilities, with a talent for collaborating to deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business planning, strategic development, and execution.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by strong financial acumen and logical reasoning.
  • Deep understanding of processes, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
