As an Inventory & Inbound Team Leader you will lead a team of 15+ dedicated Inventory & Inbound Operators, ensuring the smooth running of inventory and inbound operations.
· Championing our Journey to Zero safety culture and making sure everyone goes home safe, every day.
· Leading all aspects of inventory and inbound operations during your shift.
· Planning, coordinating, and continuously improving daily operations in collaboration with your Operations Manager.
· Driving a high-performing and engaged team culture through coaching, regular team meetings, and one-on-ones.
· Managing claims, credits, and inbound order processes to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
· Investigating and resolving stock variances across SAP and WMS systems.
· Owning all aspects of stocktake and stock audits, inbound order reconciliations, and supplier slotting optimisation.
· Taking a hands-on approach by working alongside your team and being present on the floor.
We have 2 Vacancies: Monday to Friday, 1400– 2230 PM & Monday to Friday, 0600– 1430 PM &

· You’re passionate about leading people and building strong relationships with your team and stakeholders.
· Have prior experience in inventory, inbound operations, or a similar logistics leadership role.
· Safety-focused and champion continuous improvement.
· You’re highly organised, a problem-solver, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
· Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and are confident with Excel (bonus if you know SQL).
