Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Transfer Station Operator to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience working in a transfer station, is confident operating machinery, and is comfortable using computers to manage daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently at the transfer station
  • Assist customers and direct traffic flow on-site
  • Record data and transactions using computer systems
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the site
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times


What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Previous transfer station experience (highly preferred)
  • Current F and W endorsements
  • Computer literate – able to use basic software and input data accurately
  • Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
  • Reliable and physically fit for a hands-on role
