We're on the lookout for a talented Chef de Partie who shares our passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in leading kitchen staff and overseeing your designated area of production, ensuring every dish reflects the high standards we're known for.
In this role, you will:
- Support the daily operations of the kitchen with efficiency
- Prepare dishes showcasing a variety of cooking techniques
- Manage stock controls and uphold food safety standards
- Contribute to menu improvements and planning when needed
We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least 1 year as a chef in a commercial kitchen
- Pastry experience would be an advantage
- Brings a positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Possesses excellent communication skills and thrives in a team environment
