We’re currently seeking a Checkout Supervisor to join the team. You’ll play an integral part in our journey towards a successful store opening and continuously deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our community.
Full time position - Tuesday to Saturday - 2pm-10:30pm Start date: 25th February 2025
The Role: - Provide outstanding customer service - Keep on top of customer flow and ensuring appropriate numbers of checkouts are always open. - Train new checkout operators as required - Handle customer enquiries and complaints appropriately and always ensuring effective interactions with customers. - Ensure high presentation standards for the checkout department & store - Build relationships with the wider team and leadership to get the very best results

What are we looking for: - Proven supervisory experience in a customer service role. - Valid liquor license / managers certificate to manage alcohol sales. - Reliable, honest and be a good team player - Attention to detail and commitment to quality - Confidence and maturity to work unassisted at times - Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
