A successful logistics organisation is seeking a Business Analyst for a 6-month hourly rate contract to support the next phase of a major Transport Management System (TMS) transformation.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the internal project team and external vendors to build and refine user stories against a defined future state, helping shape new business processes for go-live and beyond. You’ll document current and future workflows, support sprint planning, and contribute across design, build, and testing phases.
You’ll bring:
- 5+ years as a Technical BA (ideally in logistics or supply chain)
- Strong experience with agile delivery and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate complex requirements into epics and user stories
Due to the nature and timeline of the current project, we are looking for candidates who can start within 2 weeks.
