About the role | He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga
The main purpose of this role is complete administration of all electronic invoicing. You are required to liaise with both external and internal customers in the resolution of all rejected invoice lines and to maintain records of all paid and unpaid electronic invoices. Another key component of your responsibilities is to provide administration for accurate invoicing and debtor management.
Check all outgoing weekly electronic invoice files to ensure accuracy.
Check all incoming processed and payment electronic files, ensuring all data is present and correct
Research, resolve and re-invoice rejected invoice lines
Maintain and reconcile rejections spreadsheets working with our debtors systems
Upload ACC invoices directly into ACC's system ensuring accuracy
Assist with overall management of invoicing systems
Assist with timely and accurate processing invoicing and debtors' management
This is a full time Fixed-Term role for 6 months and is based in Palmerston North
