You will have previous leadership experience and enjoy bringing strength, knowledge, and fun into a team.
New Shoots Tauranga have a team of authentic, genuine and committed teachers that truly make every single child and their family feel special and an extension of the New Shoots whānau. We are looking for a Team Leader who is:
Confident in their teaching and leadership practices
Strong in their planning and documentation - particularly individual learning plans and internal evaluation
An excellent communicator and listener
Experienced with preschoolers and takes pride in their respectful practice
Has a creative mind with the ability to create exciting and intriguing provocations that extend on our tamariki's learning
Amazing in building genuine and strong relationships with children, families and team members
Creative in their team culture initiatives and brings an ability to unite and uplift
