Our client, a well-established plastics manufacturer based on the East of Christchurch, are seeking an experienced production worker for a night shift role within their factory.
Night shift runs:
11.45pm-8.00am (Monday to Thursday) & 11.45pm-6.45am (Friday)
Pay rate:
$24.25p/h + 8% holiday pay.
Duties include:
- Machine operation - blow moulding
- Forklift operating
- Manual handling of product
- Quality control and completing paperwork
- General factory labouring duties
To be considered for this role you must:
- Hold a current forklift (OSH) certificate
- Be available to work nightshift in an ongoing capacity
- Have prior experience within a similar factory environment
- Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Be physically fit - lifting up to 15kg and spending the majority of the shift on your feet, on the factory floor
