Job Description
As part of the Group Technology Solutions and Engineering team, you will report to the Integration Lead and collaborate with fellow engineers and business stakeholders. This role offers a balance of hands-on technical work and collaboration, enabling seamless integration solutions that support business objectives.
You will develop integration solutions using modern tools and platforms, contribute to CI/CD pipeline automation, and assist in deploying integration features with minimal disruption. You will be part of a team fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring integrations are efficient, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture guidelines.

Qualifications
We're looking for a problem-solver with a passion for integration technologies who brings:
- 4+ years of software development experience, with a focus on integration technologies and solutions in complex environments.
- Hands-on experience with integration tools (e.g., Kafka, Azure API Management) and microservice development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of API development, security, and integration patterns.
- Experience with or willingness to learn modern tools and platforms for seamless integration solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Creativity, resilience, and adaptability in a complex, changing environment.
