About the Role:

We are seeking a Commercial Contract & Supplier Manager to oversee the commercial management of key contracts and suppliers in the ICT space. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert commercial advice and ensuring suppliers deliver value while mitigating risks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, negotiating agreements, and improving supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the commercial representative for key contracts and suppliers.
• Provide oversight and assurance on contract performance, risks, and issues.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and execute contract and supplier management plans aligned with best practice and legislative requirements.
• Negotiate contracts to ensure they remain fit for purpose and deliver value.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring service levels and compliance obligations are met.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiencies.
• Provide clear reporting and insights on supplier and contract performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience managing complex commercial relationships.
• Strong negotiation, risk management, and contract management skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of commercial law, procurement standards, and financial principles (desirable).
