We are seeking an Office Administrator Extraordinaire to join our busy team at Harcourts Riccarton. Harcourts Riccarton is part of the multi-award-winning Grenadier Real Estate Group with over 280 people employed within various specialist divisions and offices. This role will involve working full time Monday to Friday.
We are looking for an energetic, proactive individual who enjoys working hard and has excellent time management skills. You need to be able to juggle multiple tasks for our team and work well under pressure ensuring the smooth running of this growing office.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Greeting guests and answering general office inquiries
Entering & updating listings on our internal CRM
Preparing & processing sales contracts
Preparation of marketing collateral
Administration tasks as requested by the Sales Consultants
General day-to-day duties and support as required
While full support and training in our systems will be provided, you will need to be able to demonstrate experience in a similar administration role and high level of initiative.
The successful applicant will also possess:
Excellent professional presentation
Willingness to be the Chief Energy Officer - a super positive attitude and passion for helping others
Confidence and ability to use MS Office, Powerpoint, Canva
Experience with InDesign would be advantageous
Exceptional communications skills
Real estate office experience would be ideal but not essential
Remuneration will be in line with your experience and skill set.
