Job Description

Your Role  
Join us as an Agile Specialist to help deliver, coordinate, and track data and AI activation projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget to support our mission of creating a safer world.

You’ll support the Activation Manager by tracking project activities using both traditional and agile methods. You’ll also assist Project Owners by identifying and raising risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints that could impact the project’s success.

This role is best suited to someone currently a Delivery or Project specialist to develop into a Project Manager role.

This is a permanent role, and we welcome applicants from all major cities in Australia and New Zealand.

  • Proven experience working in project management, utilising both traditional and agile methods.
  • Able to work unaided and focus on delivering outcomes as agreed by the plan provided by the Project Owner.
  • Good experience in Agile methods including knowledge of SAFe, and SCRUM and applying agile ceremonies in an IT infrastructure environment.
  • Proven experience in identifying, owning and managing risks and issues including mitigation and remediation throughout the life of the project.
  • Problem solving and project management experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Exposure of Data & AI projects
  • Excellent knowledge and hands on experience working with JIRA, confluence and SharePoint
