Our client’s experience with precious metals date back to 1972; they can brag of having the largest selection of fabricated metal products, jewellery tools and equipment in NZ.

Due to insane product demand, we are on the lookout for Customer Service Super Stars, to work with the manufacturing side of the business, providing product sales and support to the NZ Jewellery market. This is a busy bustling environment where no day will be the same.

Key Duties:

  • Online and counter service for sheet metal gold and silver
  • Precious metal measuring from brief, pricing, quoting, cutting, collating, and invoicing.
  • Assist with Findings selection
  • Bullion sales for investment (all inbound)
  • Bench assessing and dealing with scrap jewellery.


About You:

  • Stable work history
  • You may have a background in Jewellery or be a hobbyist.
  • Mathematically strong to work out precious metal weight costs with daily pricing changes.
  • High attention to detail
  • Have a passion for all that glitters!
