About the role We have an exciting career opportunity for a Village Coordinator to join the team at our Coastal Villages based in Paraparaumu. Reporting to the Village Manager, you will assist the Village Manager to achieve the efficient and profitable operation of the village and assisting in the development of the village to ensure seamless delivery of services and facilities to our residents.
This is a part-time position over 4 days and will include one day based at reception.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Village manager with business systems, advocate policies, ensure compliance, and fosters effective communication.
Support site profitability through financial management, resource allocation, and adherence to policies.
Maintains communication and consultation with residents while considering business goals.
Support HR processes, induction procedures, and team collaboration.
Assists with post-sales processes, project contributions, and event planning.
Promotes teamwork, initiative, and flexibility, and is willing to work outside regular hours when necessary.
About you? You will be a natural coordinator with great organizational skills. Other things that will support your application include:
Proven interpersonal and analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
You should also have experience in leading and managing staff and be confident working with budgets.
Having previous Aged Care experience will be advantageous
