Job Summary:

As a Receptionist you will be our company's first point of contact for all visitors and clients. It would be your responsibility to greet all incoming clients, visitors and staff members, and assist them with their enquiries while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. As the receptionist, you will perform various front desk duties including filing, handling and re-directing mail, typing, copying, scanning of files and any other tasks that arise from time to time.

Job Description:

Assisting with the smooth running of our front of office
Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of call, and forwarding calls to appropriate staff.
Greet visitors/clients/staff members professionally, determining the nature and purpose of visit.
Collect, sort, distribute. and prepare correspondence, mail, messages and courier deliveries
Schedule appointments, maintaining & updating calendars.
Typing and dictation and general support to authors when requested.
Opening and closing of files.
May be required to perform other administration duties and tasks as needed

Requirements:
Previous legal administration experience is highly advantageous.
Excellent ability to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner and record accurate messages.
Ability to prioritise tasks according to importance in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality.
Proficiency in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers and photocopy machines is preferred but not required.
Dependable and punctual.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word and Outlook.
