Job Description

The Canterbury Somali Association (CSA) is a community organization that serves the Somali population in the Canterbury region of New Zealand, particularly in the city of Christchurch. Its main objectives are to support and empower Somali migrants and their families, helping them integrate into New Zealand society while preserving their cultural identity.

The association typically offers a variety of services, such as:

Cultural and Social Support: CSA helps Somali migrants connect with others in their community, offering a sense of belonging and cultural preservation.

Advocacy and Representation: The association advocates for the rights and needs of Somali people in the region, helping to raise awareness about their challenges and ensuring they are represented in local governance and decision-making processes.
