- Understanding the raw data available and, working with the team, develop the structure, reports and objects which allows us to deliver data-based workforce planning.
- Working with the team to introduce practices that ensure high levels of data integrity and align to a data analytics best practice , enabling the transformation of raw data into actionable intelligence and empowering workforce decision making and planning.
- Identify opportunities to design and implement easily consumable data produces which monitor and report on progress against approved workforce plans.
- Work proactively with stakeholders to source and define workforce data that meets user needs and create insightful reports for one off pieces of work.
- Source, consolidate, analyse and transform data using tools such as Micorsoft Excel
Essential:
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret, work with, and present workforce data effectively.
- Strong technical skills in tools such as Microsoft PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint
- Competent and experienced in SQL
- Experience in building dashboards and data products using business intelligence tools like PowerBI
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to derive meaningful insights from workforce data
- Proven ability to design and deliver high-quality insights to a variety of audiences, presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
- A solid understanding of data, research methodologies and statistical analyst
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver actionable insights that drive workforce planning and outcomes.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in workforce planning and strategy
- Exposure to technology departments
- Experience in understanding project delivery methodologies, such as Agile, with the ability to contribute to planning, monitoring and reporting
