Job Description

TMP Designer

We are currently on the lookout for a TMP Designer to join our team in Tauriko. As a TM Designer, you will be responsible for creating Traffic Management plans that ensure the safety of our workers and public during road works and other construction projects. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our growing business, delivering exceptional service to our clients.

About the role:

  • Design and develop detailed traffic management plans for a variety of projects
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements
  • Ensure TMP’s comply with relevant regulations and standards
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and field staff
  • Improve our TMP processes and templates for efficiency and quality


What you bring:

  • Proven experience in designing TM Plans
  • Understanding of traffic management regulations and best practices
  • Strong skills in TMP design software and tools, Rapidplan / Submitica advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • A great team player


This is a full-time position with a competitive remuneration package included.
You must be a New Zealand resident or citizen to be considered.
