This is an exciting opportunity for a positive, energetic person to be part of a newly established rental brand in Frankton, Queenstown, and grow their career as the business expands.
We are looking for an experienced all-rounder from the car rental industry to join the team and play a key role in delivering the best rental experience for our customers from start to finish.
Key responsibilities & duties:
Be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service.
Pick up customers in our new shuttle van from the airport to our location.
Complete rental contracts and process customer bookings efficiently.
Upsell additional extras, including insurance cover options.
Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information on rentals.
Conduct fleet checks during check-ins and check-outs to ensure vehicle readiness.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation to a high standard.
We're looking for someone with the following:
Previous customer service experience, ideally in the car rental industry.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude with a focus on career growth.
Experience in vehicle grooming and fleet preparation.
Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
A valid full NZ driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work on a rotational roster, including weekends and peak seasons.
A team player mindset with a positive and adaptable approach.
