This is an exciting opportunity for a positive, energetic person to be part of a newly established rental brand in Frankton, Queenstown, and grow their career as the business expands.

We are looking for an experienced all-rounder from the car rental industry to join the team and play a key role in delivering the best rental experience for our customers from start to finish.

Key responsibilities & duties:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service.
  • Pick up customers in our new shuttle van from the airport to our location.
  • Complete rental contracts and process customer bookings efficiently.
  • Upsell additional extras, including insurance cover options.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information on rentals.
  • Conduct fleet checks during check-ins and check-outs to ensure vehicle readiness.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation to a high standard.


We're looking for someone with the following:

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in the car rental industry.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude with a focus on career growth.
  • Experience in vehicle grooming and fleet preparation.
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
  • A valid full NZ driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work on a rotational roster, including weekends and peak seasons.
  • A team player mindset with a positive and adaptable approach.
