Learning Experience Designer He angitūtanga: The opportunity Do you have a strong background in learning theory and an affinity for creating innovative, engaging and targeted learning experiences?
Are you interested in reviewing and recrafting the compliance learning programmes for Pools and Leisure roles?
If you are, come join our team of functional experts who are ready to design and build innovative learning solutions that strengthen Pools and Leisure’s kaimahi capability to provide an excellent standard of service and care.
As Learning Experience Designer, your duties include:
Identify learning needs, design, and develop learning programmes and help with the implementation, ensuring fit for purpose, active learning.
Collaborate with your stakeholders and staff, adapting and improving learning programmes to achieve learning and development outcomes.
Reviewing and recrafting the compliance learning programmes for Leisure specific roles with a strong industry compliance and significant HSW needs e.g. Lifeguards, LTS, Recreation, Fitness and Customer Support.
You will know you are successful when our kaimahi have the capabilities and the tools required to deliver excellent, contemporary community services.

Your way of working is collaborative, creative and innovative.
You have effective communication and organisation skills with demonstrated ability to achieve results
You hold in-depth knowledge and varied experience in adult learning, preferably in service environments.
You have relevant tertiary education or a Certificate in Adult Education and Training.
