Working closely with the Risk Leader, the Risk Analyst will be an expert in business processes, identifying key risks, and developing and deploying effective risk management strategies to mitigate those risks for our company.

The Risk Analyst will be the driving force in ensuring the protection of FCNZ’s assets and contributing to the ongoing success of our company.


​About the role. Mō te Tūranga

  • Identify key risks across FCNZ and ensure risks are mitigated and managed effectively and efficiently
  • Identify non-financial risks & maintenance of controls
  • Support the Risk Leader in policy development to ensure FCNZ’s compliance with laws & regulations
  • Provide advice to our businesses for all Risk-related queries

  • You will be an expert problem solver with proven analytical skills
  • You will have a high level of integrity and fairness
  • Excellent understanding of FCNZ businesses and systems, particularly from a risk perspective
  • You will have a high level of spoken and written communication
