Awesome - because we're looking for someone just like you to join our Bayfair store as a part-time Retail Assistant (30 hours/week).

This isn't just about selling phones. It's about delivering world-class customer experiences, smashing goals, and making magic happen in-store, every single day.

Kōrero mō te tūranga | Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Helping customers find the right products by making tech make sense
  • Being the person customers remember because you genuinely care
  • Working with your crew to keep the store running smoothly - sales, service, merchandising, and cash handling
  • Constantly growing - whether it's new tech, new skills, or new challenges, you're up for it
  • Spotting opportunities, not problems - you've got a growth mindset and love giving things a go
  • Creating WOW moments that lead to strong sales and positive feedback
  • Keeping the store safe, inclusive, and welcoming - you've got your team's back, always


Your roster will be as below:

Monday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Tuesday: Rostered Day Off (RDO)

Wednesday: Rostered Day Off (RDO)

Thursday: Rostered Day Off (RDO)

Friday: 9:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
