ABOUT THE COMPANY: This is an opportunity to work in a large, complex, business in the Financial Services space. They have a large programme of work happening this year, and you will be working alongside a well established team.
With offices based in Auckland city, you will be working in the office 3 days a week and 2 days from home
ABOUT THE ROLE: This organisation are embarking on a large programme of work where they are automating and improving processes. As a Service Designer/ Human Centered Designer, you will conduct research and map out processes to help advise the business on what to do next!
Working in a well established team, you will be supported. However for this role we are looking for someone who would be at that Senior level who can hit the ground running.
ABOUT YOU:
You will be an experienced Service Designer who has done projects within complex businesses
Strong Research and Journey Mapping skills
Will have worked on Digital projects
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
